The following terms apply:
 

1. Incasu reserve rights to change any quoted price on this price list, as it seems fit without notification.
2. Orders must be placed and confirmed in writing, fax or e-mail. Include the following information for each order:
   - Company Name
   - Postal Address
   - Physical Address (for deliveries)
   - Billing VAT Registration Number
   - Contact Name
   - Contact Telephone Number
   - Item Name and Quantity
   - Registered Owner Name
   - Serial Code (for upgrades or database drivers)
    
3. A deposit of 50% of the invoice amount payble in advance to confirm an order with any physical items included (CD's or books). For electronic-delivery-only rders, the full invoice amount will be payble in advance to confirm the order.
4. Prices are valid for the indicated period only.
5. A cancellation fee of 10% on all ordered items is payable.
6. Prices exclude delivery charges within South Africa. Please allow R 114 (VAT incl.) for deliveries within South Africa. Please ask for a quotation for deliveries outside of South Africa.
7. Physical stock is ordered from SoftVelocity. Please allow 2-3 weeks for deliveries.
